Sydney's Virtual Office & Serviced Office Business Support Centre @ Heritage Listed 16-18 Grosvenor St Sydney

About Grosvenor & GO-Virtual

The Grosvenor Business Centre, including GO-Virtual, is first and foremost a service organisation. Our GO-Virtual team will handle your calls and client contacts with the professionalism you would expect from a large corporate office while maintaining the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of a smaller, boutique company. Our facility, located in the CBD of Sydney, offers the finest in boutique services in a leafy park setting just moments from Wynyard, the Australian Stock Exchange and Circular Quay.

Our building, 18 Grosvenor Street, was built in 1921 by architect William Henry Foggitt at a cost of 10,058 pounds. Prominent in the history of Sydney, 18 Grosvenor Street hosted several important government agencies, including the NSW Housing Board, Resumed Properties Department and the Department of Agriculture. In 1930 the NSW Prisons Department took over occupancy, until 1974 when the NSW Police Department moved in.

The building was fully restored in 1970 and extensively refurbished for its present purpose in 1997. However, most of the original features remain. The vault, once used to store weapons and ammunition, still remains in what is now the main corporate boardroom - available for use by all Grosvenor clients.

Visit Grosvenor Business Centre and
GO-Virtual Offices and experience the high degree of flexibility that our size offers. Being the "little guys" in the Sydney Serviced and Virtual Office arena allows us to adjust our service packages to accommodate your business requirements. Larger service providers just cannot provide the same degree of flexibility.
